Kapamilya host-comedienne Melai Cantiveros-Francisco responded to netizens who accused Kakampink artists as paid performers.
On her Instagram story, Melai answered a known DDS fake news peddler Lacruiser Relativo who said that those artists performing in Pink rallies who claimed they are not paid are liars.
“Sa lahat ng artistang nagperform sa Leni Concert na wala daw tinanggap na bayad, ang nagsisinungaling 10 years of bad luck! Game?”
Melai screengrab the post and shared it on her IG story with a text caption “E kung hindi??? Goodluck ba in 10 years???? 10 forever?????? Excited naman ako sa goodluck forever. Alam mu kung ano bayad sa akin??? Swipe right mo”

The payment that Melai mentioned was a picture with Vice President Leni Robredo at the PasigLaban People’s Rally held on Emerald Ave. Ortigas Center on March 20.
Meanwhile, Melai got praised by netizens for her no holds barred remarks about the event.
As one of the hosts, she didn’t mince words in saying there’s no place in government for thieves and corrupt politicians.
“Walang may gusto nang magnanakaw. Kung may record ng pagnanakaw ekis na agad sa gobyerno. Lalo na pag hindi nagsoli, alam mong magnanakaw ulit,” she said.

Melai openly endorsed the candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo and Kiko Pangilinan.
The accusation of Kakampink artists of being paid is not the first time.
Recently, Agot Isidro and Moira Dela Torre have to clap back following reports accusing them of being paid with millions to join VP Leni’s campaign rallies.
