Mackie Empuerto explained that TNT Boys was not disbanded after he decided to pursue a solo career as an artist Thursday, March 17.
He is now under ABS-CBN Music.
So TNT Boys pa rin po ako,” he clarified during his virtual media launch.
The group, composed of Keifer Sanchez, Francis Concepcion, and Empuerto, still communicates with each other.
His co-members were also happy about his decision to pursue a solo career.
“They’re happy for me po.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Manalo, ABS-CBN’s Star Music Head, revealed the plans for the two remaining members of TNT Boys.
He said that it was “all in a matter of time” to have Concepcion and Sanchez have their own respective careers.
In the future, makikita natin.”
Empuerto currently has his own version of Ryan Cayabyab’s Can This Be Love as his first-ever single. It is already available on various streaming platforms since March 18.
