Presidential daughter Veronica Kitty Duterte has caught the attention of netizens after posting a video of her with friends dancing to VP Leni’s campaign jingle “Kay Leni Tayo.”
In a now-deleted Tiktok video, Kitty was seen flashing the L sign while grooving to the song “Kay Leni Tayo.”
The video immediately went viral on social media, with some netizens shocked and amused knowing the politics between her father President Duterte, and Vice President Robredo.

While Kitty’s antics may not be serious, some politicians close to the President said Duterte had shown inclinations favoring Robredo.
Several politicians allied with President Duterte have recently openly endorsed Vice President Leni Robredo for President.
One of them was PDP-Laban Vice President for the Visayas and Eastern Samar Governor Ben Evardone who said Duterte has “virtually endorsed” Robredo when he said that the next president should be a decisive, compassionate lawyer.
According to Evardone, Robredo fits the bill of the country’s next leader, who has the determination and compassion to address the country’s problem.
โFor me and for millions of Filipinos, there is only one decisive and compassionate lawyer among those aspiring to be president and she is VP Leni.
โSheโs the only one who can hurdle President Duterteโs standard for his successor,” said Evardone.
“We will need a president who is determined and forceful in addressing these issues but at the same time one who has compassion for all affected sectors, especially the poor. Itโs VP Leni who fits the bill,โ he added.
Meanwhile, some netizens claimed that Kitty’s video was indeed a satire only after going viral.
