Karla Estrada defended Vice President Leni Robredo after a basher insulted her online.
In a facebook post on March 27, one netizen shared a picture of VP Leni with an edited cleft lip.
The netizen then implied that Robredo speaks as if she has a speaking disability.
On the same day, Estrada defended Robredo as the TV host slammed the netizen.
She noted that the netizen’s action is pure disrespect.
“No to Bastusan please! Walang katuturan ang Ginagawa nyo! Hindi makatao! Nakaksulasok! Hindi ka makakatulong sa kandidato mo pag ganyan na Pambabastos na pamamaraan!”
Karla Estrada is currently part of Tingog Sinirangan running as a nominee of the party-list group.
This was not the first time that the TV host slammed a netizen for a political post.
She previously chided a Leni Robredo supporter that poked fun at a Bongbong Marcos supporter.
She condemned the actions of the netizen for poking fun at a person with a disability on social media.
She was one of the main hosts of Magandang Buhay with co-hosts Melai Cantiveros and Jolina Magdangal. But she got replaced by Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez in January 2022.
