Edu Manzano praised presidential aspirant Leni Robredo for her bravery in traveling to the Basilan island in a small boat at night.
She visited the island for the Leni-Kiko campaign rally in the Zamboanga Peninsula.
In a tweet on March 16, ABS-CBN News reporter Jervis Manahan posted a photo of Robredo’s arrival in Basilan in a small boat.
Manzano retweeted this and saluted VP Leni’s bravery to travel by sea at night.

Netizens then poured their support for VP Leni as they commended her dedication to attend the campaign rallies across the country.
Reportedly, the Basileños who attended the rally reached more than 40k people.
Edu Manzano is vocal for his support to VP Leni Robredo on his social media accounts. He previously expressed his admiration to Robredo after the CNN presidential debate on February 27.
