Kapamilya young-star Donny Pangilinan is set to join the People’s campaign rallies for VP Leni Robredo and Sen. Kiko Pangilinan very soon.
According to ABS-CBN News correspondent Jervis Manahan the news was already confirmed by vice presidential candidate Sen. Kiko Pangilinan who happened to be the uncle of Donny.
“Kapamilya star Donny Pangilinan will soon join the people’s rallies of Team Leni-Kiko, the camp of vice presidential candidate Kiko Pangilinan confirms. Pangilinan’s nephew Donny has a large following and is expected to boost Team Leni-Kiko’s campaign.”

Being Sen. Pangilinan’s nephew, Donny got asked by his fans to grace the Leni-Kiko people’s rallies.
Sen. Pangilinan even joked in one of his tweets where he shared pictures of campaign rally placards saying, “Kiko is my VP, but my favorite Pangilinan is Donny.”
He said he’s not hurt even though many youths wanted to see Donny more than him.

Another Pangilinan and a niece of Sen. Kiko also joke about the placards for Donny.
Theatre actress Gab Pangilinan who sang one of VP Leni’s campaign songs, Rosas with Nica Del Rosario also said that she’s not hurt whenever they look for Donny rather than her.
She then added that she’s proud to be a #PamangkinNiKikoForLeni.

Meanwhile, Donny’s father, Anthony Pangilinan, the former model, singer, host, VJ, and today runs the Anthony Pangilinan Group; also confirmed that his son has already asked permission to join the campaign rallies.
He then asked in jest if they would allow Donny to join already.
