Cristy Fermin shed light on the issue of her leaving the radio program with Lolit Solis and Mr. Fu on its Match 7 episode of Cristy Ferminute.
Fermin revealed that she could not bear to work anymore with Salve Asis, the show’s line producer, the frequently mentioned by Solis in her articles and Instagram posts.
“May nangyari po kasi na hindi ko na po ikinasasaya, at ang batas po ng buhay ko, kapag hindi na po ako maligaya, lumalabas po ako,” she shared.
Fermin recalled what had triggered her from leaving the trio behind.
She stated Asis interfered with her conversation with Solis before the show started.
“Sabi niya ‘May bad news ako sa inyo, last show na natin ngayon’. Binigyan na ako ng memo ng sales, ng finance department, nalulugi raw ang company, bumabawi pa lang, kung gusto ninyong ituloy, humanap kayo ng producer.”
Fermin immediately wrote a resignation letter to the management, saying that she does not want to work with people who do not have respect for their colleagues.
Asis pushed her apologies and tried to explain to Fermin the situation, but the latter did not respond and continued with her resignation.
“Hindi ko na po talaga kakayanin pang makipagtrabaho pa kay Salve Asis,” Fermin stressed.
