On March 14, actress Cristine Reyes stated she wasn’t closing her doors for sexy roles.
During the media conference for the second season of Masked Singer Pilipinas, Reyes clarified that her accepting sexy characters would depend on the quality of the project.
“Depende sa project po. Kung ‘yung project po eh maganda, of course I will do it di ba? Pero, I’m not closing doors on anything.”
She then cited her current projects as a TV and events host.
“‘Yung bago is ‘yung hosting, yes. Pero not on national TV eh. Puro ano siya, advocacy.”
She then shared what she enjoyed the most with the second season of Masked Singer Pilipinas.
Pati ‘yung mga staff and crew. Lahat kami well bonded na eh ngayong season two.”
She then highlighted the gradual return of the entertainment industry after years of lockdowns.
“At least may sense of normalcy na, slowly.
Dumaan man ‘yung pandemic, at least kinakaya natin kahit sabihin natin na third world country tayo.
In a podcast interview with Liza Soberano, Reyes said she had had enough of portraying sexy roles in her projects.
