Bea Alonzo admitted that she was previously conscious of herself as she was about to reach 30 but learned that there is nothing to be afraid of with aging.
During her interview as the brand ambassador of Beautéderm’s REIKO Slimaxine and REIKO Fitox in March 2022, Bea opened up on the importance of having a healthy lifestyle.
She then opened up about her worries about turning 30. But she is not scared of getting older anymore and even wants to be a role model for women in their 30s.
“When I had just turned 30, parang wala namang nagbago. I am still energetic, and maraming projects na natatanggap pa rin. Doon ko na-realize na I should represent Filipinas in their 30s na hindi pa nagse-settle down and also willing to discover new things.
“Hindi ‘yun ang end game dahil 30 ka na. It doesn’t mean na hindi ka na magtutupad ng iba pang pangarap,” said Alonzo.
As Alonzo grows older, fans are eager to know about her plans of settling down in life. But the actress said that it was not on her plans yet.
“Well darating din tayo dyan syempre. But sa ngayon hindi pa ‘yun ang circumstances ko. Sa ngayon, I have a lot of dreams to achieve pa rin.”
She said that there are still many things that she wants to do with her new home network GMA.
“Nagsisimula pa lang tayo, malayo pa ‘yung lalakbayin natin,” she said.
Bea Alonzo is a home-grown talent of ABS-CBN. She was with Star Magic for 19 years before she transferred to the GMA network on July 1.
