In the comments section of her post, some netizens accused those who attended Robredo’s campaign sortie in Isabela were given P500.
The netizen wrote, “Ung sa ISABELA may card n binibigay, with id and signature with 500 pesos, syempre SA hirap Ng buhay, kukunin mo lng Yung pera, pero Iboto Ang karapat dapat…I have proof, bka sbihin n nman Kasi nila naninira…”
Locsin did not let this slide and she responded with a witty answer, “hi! If you have proof, you may contact #comelec @cnnphilippines @gmanews @abscbnnews @tv5manila to address your concern.
“let me also tag @lawyersforleni so they can also check your statement thank you.”
The netizen did not reply again.
Isabela is among the places called “Solid North” of presidential aspirant Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr.
Robredo’s campaign rally in Isabela had an estimated crowd of 10,000.
