The cast and director of Iskandalo, an upcoming sexy-action original series of Vivamax, felt scandalized by the edited videos Wednesday, March 23.
Hindi okay yung pinagkakakitaan nila yung specific intimate scene mo na hindi naman nalalaman ng buong tao na nanunuod kung ano talaga yung kwento ng movie,” said Angela Morena during the show’s virtual media conference.
Ayanna Misola explained that it was humiliating at first, but she knew that there was no truth behind the fake videos.
Jamilla Obispo, also part of the cast, was saddened by the rampant piracy and editing of their sexy scenes.
She expressed, “Yeah, I feel bad na ganoon ang nangyayari and it happened to me na rin na mapunta yung isang clip sa isang… So yeah, I feel scandalized.”
AJ Raval also agreed that she felt disgusted by it. However, as a sexy actress, she was already expecting it.
Sean De Guzman also shared his thoughts, and given that it was their “blood, sweat, and tears” in making the movies, it was a huge disrespect.
Nakakalungkot din na hindi talaga nakokontrol and hindi rin nahuhuli yung mga ganoong tao,” he stated.
Direk Roman Perez Jr., on the other hand, was all about ignoring those circulating videos.
So every week, nagbabago.
Iskandalo also includes Cindy Miranda, Jay Manalo, and Francis Magundayao. It will be available on Vivamax starting April 10.
