The Kapuso news program ’24 Oras’ continues to be the most-watched primetime news program and recently earned higher ratings compared to the previous days.
From the usual 15% to 16%, ’24 Oras’ recorded higher ratings on February 21 and February 22.
On February 21, it earned a 17.0% rating, ranking 1st in the leaderboards of AGB Nielsen. On YouTube, it earned 398k views, just in line with its average online views.
On February 22, the rating of 24 Oras spiked to 18.1%, its highest rating so far for the past weeks. It also earned 433k views on YouTube.
The show is consistent as the Most-Watched program nationwide according to the data of AGB Nielsen.
It also has a huge lead against fellow primetime news programs, Frontline Pilipinas and TV Patrol.
TV Patrol earned 3.1% and 3.3% on the same days while Frontline Pilipinas failed to enter the Top 20 list of AGB Nielsen, which means that its rating falls below 3.0%.
With GMA Network’s audience reach nationwide, its programs can easily dominate the rating chart and lead against competitors.
