Vin Abrenica is now an official Kapuso star, and he will be joining the cast of GMA Network’s upcoming series titled Lolong.
On February 7, Abrenica’s participation in the Lolong was announced via a Facebook post.
“Vin Abrenica, kasama rin sa cast ng #Lolong! Abangan ang action-packed Kapuso series na ito this 2022 sa GMA Telebabad!” they captioned.
The cast of Lolong includes Kapuso stars Ruru Madrid, Christopher de Leon, Jean Garcia, Rochelle Pangilinan, Maui Taylor, Abby Viduya, Leandro Baldemor, Bembol Roco, Ian de Leon, Malou de Guzman, DJ Durano, and Paul Salas.
In January 2022, Abrenica made his appearance in the GMA Public Affairs anthology Tadhana with Maui Taylor and Mark Herras.
Abrenica started his journey in the entertainment industry when he won TV5’s reality show Artista Academy.
Before having projects with the Kapuso Network, Abrenica has worked with ABS-CBN since 2016.
His last project with his former home network was the series A Soldier’s Heart, which ended in September 2020.
Recently, Star Magic artist Neil Coleta joined an upcoming GMA Network teleserye, Widows’ Web, after his 10-year stint with ABS-CBN.
Directed by the former Kapamilya director Jerry Lopez Sineneng, Widows’ Web is scheduled to premiere in February 2022.
The cast of the show includes Mendoza, Ash Ortega, Vaness del Moral, Carmina Villarroel, Adrian Alandy, Ryan Eigenmann, Anjay Anson, Christian Vazquez, and Arthur Solinap.
