Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez-Alcasid confirmed that she would try on sexy roles in her upcoming projects.
On Wednesday, February 23, Velasquez shared a tweet asking netizens to watch out for her future sexy projects.

Now, Velasquez appears on the Sunday variety show ASAP Natin ‘To. She became one of the hosts of Magandang Buhay, taking over the hosting position of Karla Estrada.
In October 2018, Velasquez inked her first exclusive contract with the Kapamilya Network. She told the ABS-CBN President Carlo Katigbak that it is her ultimate dream to become a sexy star.
“I’m hoping someday mabigyan din nila ako ng pagkakataong maging sexy star. It’s my dream,” she stated.
In 1984, Velasquez joined the singing competition titled Ang Bagong Kampeon, which was aired on RPN-9 and was hosted by Pilita Corrales and comedian Bert “Tawa” Marcelo.
She has defended her spot for eight consecutive weeks, qualifying her to become the show’s senior division winner. She eventually won the competition and bagged a record deal with OctoArts International.
In 1989, she became the champion of the Asia Pacific Singing Contest singing competition.
Since then, Velasquez’s career in singing has bloomed tremendously, which paved for the release of many studio albums.
