Viva star Diego Loyzaga revealed on Friday, February 18, despite the setbacks at the start of 2022, he is ‘happy.’
“I’m at a very good point. I’m loving my job, I’m loving my career, I’m happy. I just had the best vacation of all time, hahaha. It was so good, I love the States,” he said during the virtual media conference of his upcoming movieĀ Adarna Gang.
Loyzaga admitted that some of his initial plans this year have changed. He had to “reassess” what he wanted to do with his personal life and career.
“I think the States, you know, I got a pair of new eyes. I know now what I’m gonna do, I know what I’m saving up for, I know where I wanna be five years from now and it’s very nice, it’s very refreshing. I feel like I’m a new me.”
By taking the break, the Loyzaga added, “My mind is in the right place, my heart is in the right place, and I’m a very happy guy so everything’s great.”
Earlier this month, he and Barbie Imperial confirmed their break-up after a one-year relationship. However, both of them went their separate ways on good terms.
Nevertheless, Loyzaga is enjoying a fruitful career as he stars inĀ Adarna GangĀ along with Coleen Garcia, Mark Anthony Fernandez, Ronnie Lazaro, and newbie Rob Guinto.
The movie is about three syndicate members and a woman fighting to be the “king.”
The story’s inspiration is from “Ibong Adarna,” a Filipino folklore, but with a twist. Under the direction of John Red,Ā Adarna Gang willĀ be available on Vivamax this March 11.
