Althea Ablan previously thought her love team partner Bruce Roeland was intimidating because of his looks.
In the Sparkle Love Team media conference on February 16, Althea said she was initially hesitant to talk to Bruce.
But Althea realized that she was wrong as she slowly got to know the young actor.
“‘Yung looks niya, parang nakakatakot siyang kaibiganin, kausapin. Pero as time goes by na nag-bond kame together, mas lalo ko siyang nakilala, mali pala ‘yung first impression ko sa kanya dahil ‘yung totoo, he’s caring and loving.”
She said that Bruce does not have a rugged personality but a caring one.
“I’m thankful na nakilala ko si Bruce and I’m happy kasi mali ‘yung first impression ko sa kanya na masungit siya,” she said.
When asked about the qualities of Bruce that she likes, Althea shared that it is the actor’s ‘bad boy’ aura.
“I’ve always wanted a guy na bad boy looking pero with a good personality. And a guy who motivates, and inspires me to be a better version of myself and si Bruce ‘yun.”
Althea Ablan and Bruce Roeland are a part of Sparkle’s recently released roster of love teams. The other love teams are Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi, Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay, Shayn Sava and Abdul Raman, as well as Zonia Mejia and Jamir Zabarte.
