On February 19, Bakit Nga Ba singer Roselle Nava performed during a Bongbong Marcos-Sara Duterte proclamation rally in Caloocan.
She sang Umagang Kay Ganda, a song used in Marcos’ campaign video, and Bakit Nga Ba Mahal Kita, Nava’s hit single.
As a result, her performance trended on social media and garnered mixed reactions from netizens.
Some netizens have expressed their disappointment to Nava’s decision to perform for the BBM-Sara rally.

However, the main question that might be on everyone’s mind is, was Nava declaring her support for Bongbong Marcos with her performance?
Nava didn’t directly declare her support to Marcos when she performed. However, Nava did enter into politics in 2016 as a councilor for Parañaque. She also announced her support for her husband Allan Ford Tan, who’s running for the same post in the 2022 elections.
