Kapamilya actor Enrique Gil on Tuesday, January 25, embraced the real estate industry after he sold one of his house projects in BF Homes, Parañaque City.
The property had a selling price of P32 million.
He sold the modern-style house through his real estate developing business, Gil Side Homes. The actor then shared it on his Instagram story.
It is a spacious three-story building, with six rooms and six toilets. It also has a maid’s quarter, a terrace, a roof deck, a garden, and a garage for two vehicles.
This is the second property that the actor has sold. His first-ever project was sold in September 2021.
Gil also has plans to sell his five-story beach property in Anilao, Batangas. This was revealed during an interview with PEP back in December 2019.
“By next year, two of my properties are gonna be on sale na, my beach house in Batangas. That’s way worth more than the… mga bahay sa BF. Kasi kapag tapat ng dagat really, mataas ang price nun. So sabi ko, it’s time to sell it na so we can do more businesses,” he explained.
The beach house is worth P80 million.
Meanwhile, Gil Side Homes is just one of the businesses of the actor. He has a fragrance line and to grant his mother’s dream, has plans to open up a restaurant.
In February 2021, he and his real-life girlfriend and onscreen partner Liza Soberano opened up their first business together. Their product is HKT Essentials’ Ethyl Alcohol.
The couple also plans to open up a spa resort in the future.
