On Thursday, January 13, Kapamilya stars Andrea Brillantes and Francine Diaz are turning into a real-life Cassie versus Marga after they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Netizens believed that the reason was the photo circulating on social media pointing that Seth Fedelin spent his new year together with Diaz and her family.
The picture, which had the caption “Family is love” was uploaded on Diaz’s facebook page but was eventually taken down.
Fedelin is Brillantes’ on-screen partner while Diaz has Kyle Echarri.
Web sleuths then looked over their respective Instagram accounts and discovered that both female stars are no longer following each other.
Later on TikTok, Brillantes posted a video of hers lip-syncing to Selena Gomez’s Lose You To Love Me: “I gave my all and they all know it. You turned me down and now it’s showing. In two months, you replaced us. Like it was easy. Made me think I deserved it.”
After an hour, the actress then posted a cryptic story on her Instagram. She shared a screenshot of the song she was listening to–Pano by Zack Tabudlo.
Brillantes and Diaz formed a bond after playing Marga and Cassie in their hit teleserye Kadenang Ginto.
They then went on to become the founding members of ABS-CBN’s Gold Squad together with Fedelin and Echarri.
The two then starred once again in the series Huwag Kang Mangamba as rivals along with their on-screen partners.
