Earlier, Lustre also shared a post expressing her support to VP Robredo’s bid for upcoming presidential elections when she filed her certificate for candidacy.
During a podcast on Wake Up with Jim & Saab, Lustre said she plans on supporting the presidential aspirant “all the way.”
“It’s just that, you wanna support who you wanna support, and you shouldn’t be afraid to say it to people. And if you wanna (want to) support someone, you do it all the way.”
During her term, VP Robredo pushed for several initiatives in response to the pandemic.
She called out the country’s need to set up field hospitals, and she initiated a mobile antigen testing program in COVID-19 hotspots.
The Office of the Vice President has also been proactive in initiating relief operations to communities hit by typhoons and calamities during 2020 and 2021.
