GMA Network’s newest addition to afternoon programming, Little Princess performed well during its first-week run.
On January 10, the series premiered on the GMA Afternoon block, replacing Stories From The Heart.
Its pilot episode ranked 6th in the Top 20 Most-Watched programs nationwide list of AGB Nielsen with a 5.9%, tied with The Gifted Graduation.
The rating of Little Princess even improved the following day, where it scored a 6.6% rating and climbed to the fifth spot of the rating chart, surpassing Mano Po Legacy: The Family Fortune.
With this, it is now the Most-Watched afternoon program nationwide.
It also improved in terms of online views.
Its January 11 episode parts were released on YouTube now, and it earned almost 190k views as of writing.
Little Princess is a story about a little person named Princess who grew up in a poor home.
She is a selfless person who will go to any length to ensure and meet her family’s needs.
However, she discovered one day that the family she had grown up with was only her adopted family and that she was the daughter of a wealthy man.
She finally got to meet her biological father. She found out she would be the heir of a large company.
As she takes over the company, she confronts obstacles, including detractors who despise her because she is a little person.
