On January 19, Kapamilya artist-singer Alexa Ilacad hinted at which love team she would get paired up with soon.
During the media conference for her newest single, Paano, Ilacad teased that her management has already chosen a love team pairing for the Kapamilya artist.
“I don’t want to choose. I’m going to be showbiz right now and say I cannot choose. Kasi, if I choose, I’m going to break someone’s heart which I don’t want. And I actually don’t have to choose anymore because the management is choosing for me, so abangan na lang nila kung sino ‘yun.”
Filipino viewers saw multiple love teams for Ilacad during her stay in the Pinoy Big Brother House in its tenth season. Fans have been clamoring on social media to get Ilacad paired up with fellow housemate KD Estrada (KDLEX) or Eian Rances (ALEIAN) in their respective love teams.
Ilacad then shared details about her relationship with her fellow ex-housemates in the outside world.
Ilacad described her friendship with Estrada as ‘soulmates.’
“With KD, our relationship has grown into soulmates. We’ve realized na we are each other’s soulmates. And we’re just really blessed. Kung paano kami sa loob ng bahay, ganon din kami dito sa labas. But of course, with no more restrictions or anything, no more lapels, we’re free.
“We’re more free to be our clingy selves, and we’re able to support each other even more here sa outside world. We’re just really/ happy to be in the presence of one another. And, our families are really close now, so of course we’re even closer.”
As for Rances, she noted that they are still “testing the waters” and that it’s currently “calm.”
“With Eian naman, we’ve had the rollercoaster-ride story inside the house, so thankfully, here sa outside, it’s not like that. It’s tamed. We’re testing the waters–the waters are calm.
“And, we’re good friends, so that’s something I want to maintain. And that’s something na I’m proud to say na mayroon kami. We’ve ironed everything out. We’re good, we’re good, communication is there. And yeah, the friendship will always be there.”
