On January 5, Jenine Desiderio admitted that she felt guilty about answering her bashers back then. She did not realize that there was no need to explain herself to everyone.
During her digital media conference for her show, Little Princess, she spoke about her experience with bashers.
“Before, I was guilty of making patol. I felt there was a need to explain my side when something wrong is being said about you.
“Mali yun, e, kailangang mong itama,” she said.
But Desiderio realized that people would always have something to say about her so she just learned to accept them.
“But I realized and learned one thing, people will always have their own opinion of the situation, kahit mag-explain ka pa.
“Kahit na i-explain mo nang 100 times yung situation mo na tama ka, sa isip nila nahusgahan ka na nila at choice nila yun.
“So, like they said, to those who understand, no explanation is needed. And to those who do not understand, no explanation is enough,” she said.
Nowadays, the 55-year-old actress chooses to live a peaceful life and would simply ignore her bashers.
“So, having said that, after that, wala na.
“Ngayon, deadma na lang. Think what you want, see as you want. As long as it doesn’t kill me, it’s your life, it’s my life.
“Basta yung social media ko, huwag kayong sosobra kasi account ko yun. Gusto niyo sa account niyo, dun kayo mag-post.
“Yun lang ako, yun lang ang take ko sa mga bashing na ‘yan. I ignore them now,” she said.
Jenine Desiderio had a fair share of bashers of her own especially during her feud with her daughter Janella Salvador in 2017.
Reportedly, Desiderio disapproved of her daughter’s rumored relationship love team partner Elmo Magalona.
She also had problems with her daughter because of the young actress’s relationship with Markus Paterson.
Currently, Desiderio seemed to have patched things up with her daughter as she would share photos of Janella’s son on Instagram.
