Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos expressed their excitement to start shooting for their series Love You Stranger in an interview with entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas aired on 24 Oras on Friday, January 14.
Love You Stranger has finally started its first lock-in taping after being delayed for a year.
“It’s very much pushing through and we’re excited to work on it finally. We’re going to be working on it together with News and Public Affaris and ang tagal na naming kine-crave at pinaghahandaan ‘yung characters namin sa Love You Stranger,” shared Garcia.
The couple also shared about their lock-up taping preparations for over one month.
“Si Gab ang mas marami ang nasa checklist. Nakikihiram lang ako parati,” Ramos shared.
“Share na kami ng gamit kasi one month mahigit ‘yun. Alangan naman tig-isa pa kami ng lutuan. Lahat ako may bitbit so kinukuha niya sa akin lahat,” Garcia added.
Aside from their new series, Garcia and Ramos also shared their excitement for being part of Sparkle.
“I am so proud to be proud of Sparkle, of Artist Center, because I’ve basically grown up with them. I was part of their management since I was 15 years old and full GMA talaga ako ever since,” recalled Garcia. “So, to see them grow, to see us grow together as a management and as an artist, I just feel so proud and happy and secure.”
“I am so glad to be part of a movement. I am so happy and thrilled na ma-experience ko ito. Ang dami nilang plano that are really exciting. As an artist, I can’t wait to finally collaborate on things that are new to them,” added Ramos.
“’Yung energy na gusto nilang mag-innovate, mag-create, and bring out the best in their artists, ramdam na ramdam namin. I am super excited for what’s in store this year, kung anong magagawa namin together, and also for my co-artists.”
The supposed lock-in taping of the series was announced in December 2020. It was also supposed to be aired on TV within 2021.
