As its finale nears, Janine Gutierrez and Paulo Avelino-starrer series ‘Marry Me, Marry You’ climbed up in the rating chart of AGB Nielsen.
The series used to rank around 15th place but, it adjusted up to 10th place and better during its last few days.
On January 17, the series tied earned a 4.9% rating, tied with ‘Kapuso Movie Festival’ on the 12th-13th spot.
It dropped to the 14th spot the following day with a 4.8% rating.
But on January 19, ‘Marry Me, Marry You’ increased its rating to 5.0% and ranked 10th in the rating chart.
It sustained its ranking until January 20 and increased its rating to 5.8%.
After four months of airing, ‘Marry Me, Marry You’ had its final episode on January 21.
After getting married in a civil ceremony, Camille (Gutierrez) and Andrei (Avelino) wished to exchange vows in front of their family and loved ones in the last episode.
Their families, who had experienced a rift before, were also united for the said ceremony.
They were also expecting their second child after losing their first due to miscarriage.
The series marks the first series of Gutierrez under ABS-CBN, just like other cast members Sunshine Dizon and Jake Ejercito.
‘The Broken Marriage Vow’, the highly-anticipated Philippine adaptation of ‘Doctor Foster’, will take over the vacated timeslot of ‘Marry Me, Marry You’.
