Rumored couple Paolo Contis and Yen Santos on Wednesday, December 29 were photographed together in Boracay, reigniting the issue behind their ‘relationship.’
A netizen posted pictures of the two on facebook and was believed to be in an airport on the island.
“At ayon na nga! Nag-Boracay as a friend talaga sila,” the netizen captioned.
Speculations on Santos is pregnant with Contis’s baby as netizens pointed to the actress’s getup in the photo. But that allegation was just “fake news.”
Earlier in September, the two went viral after they were spotted in Baguio. There were recordings showing proof of them together.
During the actor’s Baguio “escapade,” it can be recalled that he just got out of a six-year relationship with actress LJ Reyes whom he had a daughter named Summer.
Contis spent three days in the city and explained that he invited Santos “para may makausap since malapit lang siya.”
Lifted from his statement came the popular phrase “as a friend.”
After the breakup, there were hints leading netizens to think that Contis and Santos are together. Some of their posts were believed to be in the same location. During the actress’s birthday, they were rumored to have a dinner date together.
The actor admitted that there was indeed a third party involved in the split with Reyes but denied that Santos was the reason.
Both Contis and Santos have yet to answer whether they are in a relationship or not.
Before all of the controversies, Contis and Santos worked together in the Netflix movie, A Faraway Land.
