In a virtual conference held on December 3 for Kapuso comedian Sef Cadayona, he admitted that he is still single.
According to the 32-year-old Kapuso star, he has yet to find the right person for him. However, once he finds it and his love life becomes colorful again, Cadayona will be proud to share it with the public.
“Ang tagal tahimik ng puso ko. Ngayon, paano ba? Ang cliche kasi pag sinabi kong walang time e. Hindi sa walang time it’s just that, wala pa. Pero kapag nakilala ko na siya sobrang proud ko at ishe-share ko kaagad ‘yung blessing na ‘yon na mangyayari sakin,” he admitted.
In the said interview, the Starstruck Alumnus was also asked if there is a possibility that he will get back with one of his former girlfriends. According to Cadayona, he believes that if it happens, it will happen. If he is happy with it, he will not refuse to reunite with one of his past lovers.
“For me it’s nice once in a while na balikan ko sa utak ko ‘yung mga nangyaring magaganda before.. sa utak. Pero ‘yung balikan? Ayoko rin naman magsalita ng tapos e, kasi baka mamaya in two years, kainin ko yung sinabi ko. Pero naniniwala ako na kung darating man ‘yon, sino ba naman ako para tumanggi lalo na kung ‘yun pala ‘yung magpapataba at magpapasaya ulit ng puso ko. So bakit naman hindi?” he stressed.
He also mentioned that he and his ex-girlfriend Andrea Torres have a good relationship. They remained friends after they decided to separate. They never lost communication, and they were civil to each other.
“Actually, baka hindi lang kasi alam ng karamihan, we turned out to be also good friends. Hindi naman napuputol ‘yung communication namin. Ang saya pala non no? Kasi syempre ang dami niyong pinagsamahan, so parang kapag nakakapag ‘Uy happy birthday! Merry Christmas!’ Kapag nagkikita kami hindi lang sa GMA, kahit sa labas man, nandon ‘yung respeto namin sa isa’t-isa. So very grateful ako sa turn of events namin ni Ada [Andrea Torres].
“Ayoko sabihin na oo o hindi pero yes! We had our fair share, and now 2021, of course, time to move forward with everything else, so ‘yun there is just where it goes,” said the comedian.
Sef Cadayona doesn’t want to keep his next relationship a secret. He will be happier when he can show her special someone in public.
“Sa akin gusto ko pag minahal ako, proud ako e. Merong malaking difference sa secrecy and privacy e. Pwede kang maging private but at the same time everyone knows. For me, I’m not getting any younger mas masaya lalo na sa puso ko at sa puso ng magiging partner ko kapag out kami. Hindi naman ‘yung tipong sobrang showy pero ‘yung ‘Yes, kami po!’ at nakikita ng tao na love namin ‘yung isa’t-isa.”
Aside from Yassi Pressman and Andrea Torres, who became his ex-girlfriend, Sef Cadayona was also linked to Phenomenal star Maine Mendoza.
