After proving her incredible vocal prowess and rising above the intense battles, Ultimate Siren of Iligan Mariane Osabel was named The Clash 2021 Grand Champion during The Final Clash held last December 19.

“The feeling is still so surreal. I’ve never been this proud of myself. Totoo ba ‘to? I’m loving this new chapter of my life. Thank you, Panginoon! Thank you for listening. Thank you for all those experiences in the past. Thank you for giving me this wonderful talent. Thank you for anointing me,” she shared.

Her winning song during The Final Clash was Harish Joya’s “Bakit Mahal Pa Rin Kita,” besting the Kulot Crooner of Pampanga Vilmark Viray who performed Christian Paul Rosa’s “Umuwi Ka Na” – both original compositions are from The Clash songwriting challenge.

The Clash Panel – composed of Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha, Asia’s Romantic Balladeer Christian Bautista, and Comedy Concert Queen AiAi delas Alas – were all in awe of Mariane’s performances throughout the entire competition.

As Grand Champion, Mariane will receive prizes worth over P4 million, which includes P1 million in cash, a house and lot, and an exclusive management contract with GMA-7.

The Clash is hosted by Clash Masters, Total Heartthrob Rayver Cruz and Asia’s Pop Diva Julie Anne San Jose; together with Journey Hosts Rita Daniela and Ken Chan.
