The year 2022 is just a few sleep away, the Kapamilya shows that the network has lined up new shows for its loyal audience.
ABS-CBN continues to be consistent with its commitment to serving the Filipinos in the world.
Here are some of the Kapamilya shows that the viewing public should look forward to in 2022:
Ivana Alawi Series.
After about two years ito tha pandemic, .Ivana Alawi will make her comeback via a teleserye.
In an Instagram post on December 19, the YouTube star teased her new teleserye and posted: “New teleserye soon.”

She did not share any details about the said project but netizens have already expressed their excitement to see the YouTube star in a teleserye again.
Back then, Ivana was supposed to star in the television series titled, Ang Lihim ni Ligaya, but she gave up the role because of her fears of the pandemic.
Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The TV Series.
Darna has been in the works since 2013 and has sustained enormous changes. It was originally set to be a film, but was changed to a TV series.
Erik Matti and Jerrold Tarog were supposed to direct the Darna film but it was canceled due to creative differences of the directors.
De Leon was then chosen to fly as the next Darna on television. After years of setbacks, the series will finally push through in 2022.
De Leon is the 14th Filipina actress to portray the highly-coveted role and the fourth actress to play it on a TV series.
2 Good To Be True.
This series will be Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla’s comeback series. Their last series was in 2018 when they paired up for La Luna Sangre.
2 Good To Be True will be directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar and will be produced by RGE Drama Unit. Other cast members include Ronaldo Valdez, Gloria Diaz, Irma Adlawan, Gelli de Belen, Romnick Sarmienta, Smokey Manoloto, and Cris Villanueva.
The main plot of the series is yet to be revealed.

Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil are also set to make their comeback in a teleserye in 2022.
The couple was last seen in the 2020 primetime romance series Make It With You as Billie and Gabo.
Make it With You was partially filmed in Eastern Europe in Croatia and premiered on January 13, 2020. Unfortunately, the show’s run was shortened in March after TV productions were forced to stop due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, LizQuen is set to star in a new Kapamilya project for the year 2022.
