Edu Manzano and Cherry Pie Picache’s children have shown their support to the blossoming romance of the two senior stars.
On December 3, via Kapamilya Chat, Antonio Tria, Cherry Pie Picache’s son, expressed his approval of Manzano for his mother.
“Actually, hindi naman po ako surprised. Kasi alam ko naman po na nililigawan na ni Tito Edu yung mom ko. Oo, approve ako. Siyempre sinu-support ko yung mom ko. Kasi siyempre malaki na siya, e. Alam na niya ang mga ginagawa niya.”
“Matanda na siya, alam na niya yun. Ako naman, siyempre Mama’s boy ako, siyempre she deserves her own happiness din, di ba? Siyempre, woman pa rin siya. She deserves love. I just want my mom to be happy kaya support ako sa kanya, support ako sa kanila,” he stated.
Nio is Picache’s son with her former partner, Gary Tria.
In an interview on December 1, Luis Manzano admitted he was shocked learning about the budding romance between his father and Picache.
Luis admitted he supports the decisions of his father.
“Sobrang we were caught off-guard. No one saw it coming. I don’t even think Dad and Tita Pie saw it coming.
“It would boil down to the same thing, kung paano niya nirerespeto ang kanyang kasama. That’s one thing na nakikita ko kay Daddy. How he takes care of his partner talaga. Nakikita ko rin naman how happy he is with Tita Pie,” he said.
On Friday, December 3, 2021, following her recent trip to the US, Picache posted a group photo that featured Addie and Enzo Manzano, Manzano’s children.
