Angeline Quinto addressed the earlier rumors, saying she is a lesbian.
In the latest Purple Chair Interview with Boy Abunda posted on YouTube on December 10, Quinto recalled the rumors regarding her sexual identity.
Abunda asked her why she was silent when the said rumors were thrown at her.
“Ang lagi kong sinasabi talagang boyish ako simula noon. So baka nami-misinterpret ng iba ‘yung pagiging ganoon ko. Kasi nanggaling ako sa buhay na wala naman akong pakiaalam, tapos biglang ganoon.
“Oo naman, Tito Boy. Naku naging jowa ko nga raw si KC Concepcion. ‘Yun ang kauna-unahang lumabas na balita pagkapanalo ko. Mahiya naman ako kay Mama Sharon (Cuneta) kung jowain ko siya,” Quinto answered.
After recalling the earlier rumors about her, Quinto revealed she is pregnant.
Quinto shared her Instagram post, where she posted a photo that bears the words New Life, Chapter One.
“Kaya ko na-post iyon dahil kay Mama Bob. At pangalawa, kasi magiging nanay na rin ako.”

Quinto expressed that it was for her late mother, Sylvia Quinto, and the beginning of her motherhood.
She also disclosed she is expecting to give birth in April 2022.
After winning the Star Power: Sharon’s Search For The Next Female Pop Superstar in 2011, the accusations of her being a lesbian has spread.
The said competition was Quinto’s first stepping stone in the entertainment industry.
