Stephanie Raz, Sab Aggabao, Cara Gonzales, and Ayanna Misola, on Monday, November 8, took turns sharing what their parents felt since they will star in the sequel of the hit Vivamax film Paglaki Ko Gusto Kong Maging Pornstar.
Raz, who was conservative, surprised her family after getting the news from Boss Vic that she would be part of the movie.
So parang ngayon lang po ako nag-start na magpose,” she revealed in the virtual press conference of Pornstar 2: Pangalawang Putok.
Fortunately for her, despite having been known as a reserved woman, her family was supportive of her decision to accept the project.
Aggabao meanwhile, was hesitant to accept the project. She had reservations given the movie’s title points to being sexy.
“So noong una, ayaw kong pumayag kasi Pornstar 2 baka mamaya anong ipagawa sa akin, kinakabahan ako eh s’yempre first time ko,” she admitted.
Nevertheless, she had no problem with her parents after informing them of the movie as long as she promised not to let it change her attitude no matter what.
Gonzales, who was realistic, shared next what her family thought of the project. The sexy star confessed that she got bashed because of the nudity that Pornstar 2 has.
Her family was disappointed at first. But she defended the film, noting that it contains a moral story and not just a sexy movie.
Misola had a similar experience with her family, revealing that her father disapproved of the movie at first.
But since everything was in place, her family finally accepted that their daughter was starting as a sexy star.
She was initially nervous because it was her launching film and with the controversial director Darryl Yap directing. It was all cast aside when she met him via a Zoom meeting.
Pornstar 2: Pangalawang Putok still stars the legends Ara Mina, Rosanna Roces, Alma Moreno, and Maui Taylor. It will premiere December 3 on Vivamax.
