Alice Dixson announced that she will be part of the GMA’s upcoming series titled First Lady, the sequel of the hit First Yaya.
On November 8, Dixson posted on her Instagram account a photo of herself in a floral dress, with the announcement of her joining the cast of First Lady.
“Great mornings start with good vibes!
“I am also pleased to announce my participation in the upcoming GMA Teleserye #FirstLady which starts principal photography next week,” she captioned.

In her post, Dixson also mentioned the cast and crew of her ongoing GMA teleserye Legal Wives, saying that she is proud of them for sustaining high ratings for the show.
“Stay safe to my new cast-mates and my Legal Wives family. I’m so proud of our show and how we sustained our top ratings. To our dear fans, please keep us there ‘til the end!” she added.
She also has a message to their fans and viewers: to continue supporting the show until the end.
First Lady will follow the success story of First Yaya, which was led by Sanya Lopez and Gabby Concepcion.
Lopez, who plays the character of Yaya Melody, ended her duty during the final episode of the show, which was aired on Friday, July 2.
During its run, the show has received numerous positive reviews and truly captured the hearts of the viewers.
As of writing, the release date of the upcoming sequel of the hit teleserye has not yet been announced. The GMA Network has yet to disclose the other cast of the show.
