21-year old musician LA Santos expressed his excitement to act once again, giving him a whole new world, Friday, November 5.
“So far grabe po, masasabi ko lang po, excited na po ulit akong magtrabaho. Natuwa lang rin po ako sa work na ‘to kasi parang nagkakaroon po ako ng sariling mundo,” he expressed during an exclusive interview with LH.
Santos described his world where it constantly adds new faces through the different projects he does.
“Parang mundo na kasama ko ang mga bagong cast, tapos yung mga director, and prod. Natutuwa lang po ako kasi palaging may mga bago akong nami-meet na nadagdag po sa akin.”
He also showed his appreciation for his newfound career as he met new people along the way.
“Kaya doon din po ako nae-excite. ‘Yon yung na-appreciate ko sa pag-acting po, yung mga tao na nakakasama. Kaya I’m super excited.”
Prior to being a young actor, Santos launched his career as a musician in 2016 and was even dubbed by fans as The Singing Idol.
ABS-CBN Music then recruited him in 2020 as part of their newest music label, 7K Sounds.
From there, the singer-songwriter released a full-length album and a number of singles before landing a role in ABS-CBN’s upcoming superheroine series Darna.
Santos will be playing a paramedic named Richard Escala.
“Isa po akong paramedic po na makakasama ko bilang mga paramedic din sina Darna po tsaka sina Joshua (Garcia) po. Magkakasama po kami sa paramedic team,” he revealed.
Darna is top-billed by Jane De Leon and Joshua Garcia and is slated to premiere next year.
