TV host Kim Atienza denied that he is throwing shade at It’s Showtime through his “iniwas siya sa sakit ng ulo” comment in Camille Prats’s post.
On Saturday, November 13, the actress congratulated her brother, John, on facebook for being tapped as the director of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. He was supposed to be the director of It’s Showtime, but his place was filled in by Jon Moll.
Atienza then commented on her post, “Nothing is an accident Mars Camille. Galing ni Lord no? Iniwas siya sa sakit ng ulo.”
Many netizens pointed out that Atienza is implying that directing It’s Showtime would give John a headache.
In a tweet on Sunday, November 14, Atienza explained that he could never say anything bad about his It’s Showtime family.

In our previous interview, Atienza shared the insights he gained [on his decision to transfer] from his former It’s Showtime host Billy Crawford and former director Direk Bobet Vidanes.
Atienza said both Crawford and Vidanes are happy for his new journey as a GMA Network talent.
Atienza shared, “Ang advice nila sa akin ay sabi nila ‘Kim napakaswerte mo diyan sa desisyon mo, sa papasukin mong istasyon.’
“Natuwa silang pareho sa akin. Sinabi nilang ‘wow yung maalok ka ng channel 7 ng ganyan, ang laking bagay niyan Kim. Kung alam mo lang kung gaano kahirap magkaroon ng ganyang break.’ Si Billy kasi mas beterano sa akin sa larangan ng showbiz yan eh. Matagal na yan kesa sa akin. Sabi niya ‘Kim that break is just too good and you have to take it. You really have to take it’. Yun din ang sinabi ni Direk Bobet sa akin.”
