On October 31, singer-musician Juan Karlos Labajo shared his scathing reaction toward seasoned showbiz reporter and columnist Cristy Fermin’s remark on Nadine Lustre.
On Bandera’s facebook page, Labajo commented on an artcard that showed Fermin’s “Magbalot ka” remark against Lustre.
The musician wrote, “Inggit ka Ghorl?”
Earlier, Fermin commented on Lustre’s outfit in a photo wherein she’s seen buying in a market in Siargao through her online show Cristy Ferminute.
The columnist deliberately pointed at how the actress flaunts her sexy look despite receiving comments from netizens about her gaining weight.
Fermin remarked that Lustre should get dressed so that she won’t get bashed.
Maryosep. Nakakaloka ‘tong babaeng ‘to. Ibang ibang iba na siya ngayon.”
Netizens suggested that Fermin’s channel on YouTube get reported for bullying and body-shaming. Some even created the hashtag: #CANCELCRISTYFERMINUTE as a petition to cancel the online show.
As of this writing, Fermin hasn’t addressed Labajo’s ‘Inggit ka Ghorl’ remark.
As for Labajo, he teams up with singer Janine Berdin for her upcoming single Pagod Na Ako. The said single is up for release on November 5.
