In the virtual media conference for the upcoming teleserye Viral Scandal, Thursday, November 11, actor Joshua Garcia said he’ll be a victim of “cancel culture” if his actions as a public figure bother Filipinos.
He added that the public would reach such a conclusion if his behavior were absurd.
Viral Scandal also stars award-winning actress Charlie Dizon, Dimples Romana, and Jake Cuenca.
The show is directed by Dado C. Lumibao and Froy Allan Leonardo, and it tells the story of Rica (Dizon), whose life was turned upside down when a scandalous video of hers became viral, affecting not only herself but also those around her.
Viral Scandal will air on November 15 as part of ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida lineup.
