On November 22, Viva artist Rash Flores recalled his career path before getting into showbiz.
During the media conference for the movie Palitan, Flores said he reached grade 11 before pursuing a career as an actor.
“Before kasi nag-aaral ako bago ako pumasok ng ano [showbiz], then nag-stop ako.
He also shared that he was a construction worker before he got into acting.
I mean parang lagi akong nasa daan. Then nag-construction din ako before. Construction worker.”
Flores recently worked in a Boys Love series, Jojowain o Trotropahin, before he starred in the Vivamax movie, Palitan.
He also shared that he wants to work with seasoned action-drama star Cesar Montano.
As for his acting career, Flores said he’s a hard worker and hopes of becoming a well-known artist in the future.
“Alam ko may chance naman ako kasi nagta-trabaho ako ng mabuti and then. Syempre binigay sa akin ‘to sobrang laking tiwala sa akin lalo na si Boss Vic [del Rosario] and si direk Dante [Brillante Mendoza], kaya lalo ako nag pupursige, ginagawa ko talaga ‘yung trabaho ko ng mabuti. Tsaka gusto kong makilala talaga as artist hindi bold star.”
Flores stars alongside new Viva artists Jela Cuenca, Cara Gonzales, and Luis Hontiveros in ‘Palitan.’ The movie directed by Brillante Mendoza, streams on Vivamax on December 10, 2021.
