In a YouTube video aired on Monday, November 1, Cristy Fermin expressed her concern for Jinkee Pacquiao wearing expensive jewelry during Manny Pacquiao’s campaign.
On Saturday, October 30, the Senator’s wife posted several photos of her accompanying her husband during his presidential campaign in Cebu City.
The veteran entertainment columnist then commented that it is dangerous for Jinkee to don expensive accessories in public places because of robbers.
Fermin also explained that she isn’t criticizing Mrs. Pacquiao for wearing expensive pieces of jewelry. She only warned her of robbers and might harm her.
Fermin advised that Mrs. Pacquiao should not go out with her husband in public places with expensive jewelry for safety and security reasons.
Hindi yon inggit kundi pagmamalasakit,” she said.
Pano pag hinablot yung kanyang hikaw e ‘di dudugo pa yung tenga nya. Magkakaroon pa ng matinding problema. Pano kung biglang pitasin ng mga magnanakaw.”
Cristy and Jinkee have been known for their ill relationship in the past. On Saturday, August 21, Fermin slammed Mrs. Pacquiao for wearing an outfit allegedly worth around P1.5 million during the Pacquiao-Ugas bout in Las Vegas.
