After making waves and capturing the hearts of viewers, GMA Network’s hit Afternoon Prime series ‘Stories from the Heart: Loving Miss Bridgette’ is set to conclude its run this Friday, October 15.
In its final week, Bridgette (Beauty Gonzalez) has decided to turn over a new leaf and forget about Marcus (Kelvin Miranda). But the repercussions of their short-lived romance continue to haunt her as Marcus’ mother, Stella (Ms. Bing Loyzaga), prevents her from getting a job. After confronting her mother to stop pestering Bridgette, Marcus is nowhere to be seen, causing the former to worry and question whether her decision to leave him was right.
Has Marcus finally given up on his love for Bridgette? or will his love for her prevail and prove everyone who doubted them wrong?
As the series draws to a close this Friday, Beauty expresses her utmost gratitude to their viewers and fans and gives a hint on what to expect on the finale, “Thank you for Loving Miss Bridgette. Thank you for cheering for her and for accepting her into your homes and your hearts. They really have to expect the unexpected. A perfect mix of real life and fantasy, of expectations and reality, a closing and perhaps an opening.”
Kelvin, in turn, reveals that he will miss learning from their director and his co-actors, “Mami-miss ko ‘yung pakikipagpalitan ng insights sa director namin. Sobrang dami kong natutunan sa kanya. Hindi lang sa trabaho, pati na rin sa buhay. Noong nag-lock in taping kami, doon ko mas nakilala talaga lahat ng cast. Na-miss kong matuto mula sa mga tao sa paligid ko at magtanong sa mga kapwa ko artista.”
The series also stars Mr. Lloyd Samartino as Manolo Villareal, Polo Ravales as Tristan Enriquez, Adrian Alandy as Luther Tamayo, Tart Carlos as Elsa Manalo, Noel Colet as Dr. Solano, Nikki Co as Waxee Galang, Pamela Prinster as Abby Mendoza, Shanicka Arganda as Nina Torrente.
Don’t miss the much-awaited finale of Stories from the Heart: Loving Miss Bridgette – under the helm of esteemed director Adolf Alix Jr. – this Friday, 3:25PM, on GMA Afternoon Prime.
