The top three programs in the rating chart of AGB Nielsen are now all GMA Network shows.
On October 4 and 5, To Have and To Hold took over the third spot from FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, solidifying GMA Network’s dominance in the rating chart.
Last week, GMA Network’s To Have and To Hold and ABS-CBN’s FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano were in a tough competition for ratings.
The two series got stuck in a cycle of switching between the third and fourth slots. However, when the week ended–all Kapuso shows made it in the Top three.
For the first two days of this week, the Kapuso shows have maintained their spots.
In the number one spot is the news program 24 Oras followed by the TV series Legal Wives in the second spot, and To Have and To Hold in the third which leaves ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’ in the fourth place.
It is also important to note that the gap between To Have and To Hold and FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano increases as the latter’s rating dropped.
On Monday, To Have and To Hold earned an 11.5% rating while FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano earned 10.1%. The following day, the Kapuso series earned 11.6% while the Kapamilya series drops to a 9.9% rating.
In terms of online views, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano maintains its lead with around 700k to 900k views while To Have and To Hold only managed to have 50k to 100k views.
