Darren Espanto learned his lesson the hard way when the teleprompter glitched during his live performance on ASAP.
Via twitter, he shared the lesson he learned: not to rely on teleprompters anymore.

A twitter user shared that someone on Tiktok posted the production number of Espanto, and Zsa Zsa Padilla commented and gave light on the issue.
“Saw Ms. Zsa Zsa’s comment about Darren sa isang tiktok post nung prod ni D. It was supposed to be Sir Gary V’s part pala kaya di gaanong kabisado ni D and nagloko rin yung teleprompter. I just want to say na you did great Darren!” he shared, including the photo of Padilla’s comment on the issue.

“That was Gary V’s part kaya niya ‘di memorized and nagloko ‘yung teleprompter. He had to make it a solo cause biglaang absent si Gary V,” Padilla clarified.
Valenciano was supposed to sing with Espanto, but the former did not show up. Espanto is not familiar with the lines of Gary V, and the teleprompter acted up.

On Instagram, Espanto shared a photo of himself, taking the incident positively via the caption he wrote.
He shared a quote saying that never let a terrible moment ruin one’s day. He put #ASAProcktober in the end.
