P-Pop groups BINI and BGYO, on Tuesday, October 26, revealed how they prepare for their first-ever concert together.
In the mediacon, the groups’ through BINI’s Stacey and Gwen and BGYO’s Akira, took turns to share their preparations for the upcoming concert.
Stacey admitted that the audience would be in for a blast, sharing that they really are pushing the limit with the concert.
“Yung preparation po namin for this concert is to the next level talaga kasi grabe po talaga yung effort namin.
Iniisip na lang po namin na this is gonna be our very first ever concert so dapat maging worth it s’ya,” she said.
Meanwhile, her co-member Gwen revealed that they are also preparing their hearts for such a big event in their careers.
She also thanked their families and fans, Blooms for BINI and Aces for BGYO, for their love and support to the groups, noting that they could not be where they are right now if not for the supporters.
“Inaalay po namin ‘tong concert na ito for our loved ones and sa Blooms and Aces. For ilang years, sobrang naghirap kami for this kaya we’re so excited na maipakita na po sa inyo lahat ng pinaghirapan namin and pasayahin kayo.”
On the other hand, Akira said they are preparing their mindset because of the rigorous rehearsals and dry runs to make the concert as close to perfection as possible.
“Parang nakakahilo s’ya at nakakapagod at the same time pero hinahanda namin ang utak at sarili namin for the concert po. Kasi alam naming magiging masaya yun ‘pag andoon na kami.”
Of course, since this is their first time collaborating, let alone in a concert, both groups admitted that they were nervous and pressured.
“Excited and kinakabahan po.
Though they felt such emotions, BGYO was really excited performing with their sister group.
“S’yempre sobrang saya namin tsaka nakaka-proud ang bawat isa kasi matagal na namin ‘tong pangarap. Finally, isang milestone na naman ang maabot namin together as a group kasi sabay kaming nagsimula,” expressed Gelo.
They also shared the things they looked forward to in the concert.
“So yung nilu-look forward po namin sa concert is makapag-perform na po kami together. Kasi tanda ko last na performance namin together was last year noong trainee pa lang kami.
BINI’s Colet shared that they are excited since they will experience performing together with a live band and with backup dancers for the first time.
Aiah also pointed that the concert is proof of their years of hard work and struggles to become successful P-pop groups.
“And maganda din po itong concert kasi parang it’s a culmination of our talents, yung mga pinagdaanan namin. Kasi we started as a group and especially na patapos na ang year, so we’re gonna end this year with a bang.”
