Albert Martinez said that he and Faith Da Silva have chemistry together as they star in the upcoming Kapuso teleserye Las Hermanas.
To recall, Martinez, 60, and Da Silva, 20, are rumored to be in a relationship.
In a recent press interview for Las Hermana, Martinez explained that he and Da Silva simply have good chemistry together.
“I believe it worked for both of us because the chemistry was there. Siguro I will feel bad kung hindi nag-work ang chemistry. May intention is maging believable s’ya sa eyes ng public. Maging believable s’ya doon sa narrative,” he said.
He also added that their chemistry is part of an acting technique where they would really immerse themselves in their characters.
“Because there’s a certain technique wherein you immerse yourself to the character. Inside you, you have to make yourself believe that you’re in love with that person… very important na mag-register sa mata mo na you’re really in love with this person,” he said.
On the other hand, Da Silva also addressed the relationship rumors with Martinez saying that she is comfortable with the actor and that he guides her well.
“Iba yung relationship namin together. Komportable kami sa isa’t isa.
“Masaya ako na nakilala ko siya in a deeper level. He was really there to support me and guide me,” she said in an interview on The Boobay and Tekla Show (TBATS).
Las Hermanas will have a world premiere on October 25 on a GMA afternoon prime. The series will be about revenge and jealousy which will also star Yasmien Kurdi, Jason Abalos, Rita Avila, Leandro Baldemor, and Lucho Ayala among others.
