Miss Philippines-Universe 2021 is Beatrice Luigi Gomez of Cebu City.
The 26-year-old out-and-proud lesbian bested other 28 finalists in the recently concluded beauty pageant held tonight, Thursday, September 30, at Henann Resort in Panglao, Bohol Province.
She is a military reserved officer as well.

Before getting into the finals, she bested 100 other hopefuls from all over the country.
Gomez was a consistent pick in almost all beauty pageant sites as she eventually made it to the first cut for the evening’s coronation night. She then moved to become one of the top 10, and landed as one of the top five before clinching the most coveted title and crown.
She also bagged several special awards, such as Miss Luxxe Immune Plus Game Changer, Miss Cream Silk, Best in Swimsuit, and Best in Evening Gown.
Her court includes Katrina Dimaranan of Taguig as MUPH-Tourism, Victoria Velasquez Vincent of Cavite as MUPH-Charity, Maureen Christa Wroblewitz of Pangasinan as first runner-up, and Steffi Rose Aberasturi of Cebu Province as second runner-up.

KC Montero hosted the most prestigious beauty pageant’s coronation night. Serving as his anchors were the four runners-up in the previous year of Miss Universe-Philippines served as his anchors– Maria Ysabella Ysmael (first runner-up), Michele Theresa Gumabao (second runner-up), Pauline Amelinckx (third runner-up), and Billie Hakenson (Fourth runner-up).
The Miss Universe-Philippines 2021 were serenaded by Sam Concepcion and Michael Pangilinan.
Gomez will represent the country in the Miss Universe 2021 in December 2021 in Eilat, Israel.
