On September 24, Kapuso artist Mikee Quintos revealed that she’s very contented with her love life, noting that she doesn’t believe in labels.
During the release of her song, Just Enough, Quintos shared details about her love life and her current relationship status.
“Okay naman po ako. I’m very contented.
Pero I’m taking my time talaga. I don’t believe in labels.”
She also admitted her fascination with the Netflix series, Nevertheless.
It’s not a typical dream boy. It’s not the prince charming. It’s realistic. As in you come across this guys na ganon ‘yung pwede maiparamdam sayo.
So nag-stick sa akin ‘yung music. Ang belief ko sa music talaga, every since I was young.
Quintos said that it’s the perfect time to release her single because of the pandemic.
“One reason na din, my insecurities, and it’s very timely. But another reason is because of the pandemic, because of everything that’s happening now.
“Para may energy akong tumayo at magtrabaho everyday. So I think ‘yun ‘yung mas kailangan ng mga tao.
She then said that she wanted to touch people’s lives amid the pandemic through her music.
“As Mikee, the stories I want to tell, or put an emphasis on.–syempre ang dami ng emosyon out there. As a singer kung ano ‘yung importante sayo ‘yung mga dahilan na would make you sing, right?
“For me right now, it’s love and comfort to the people, dito sa mga nangyayari po sa atin. Even sa mga taong close to me.
Quintos released her song Just Enough under GMA Network’s sub-label GMA Playlist. The bubblegum pop track is currently available on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and other digital streaming platforms worldwide.
