Young star Andrea Brillantes gamely answers rumors about her having a bad attitude during her YouTube vlog where she read about assumptions towards her.
The 18-year-old actress is best known for her antagonist role in the revenge Kapamilya series Kadenang Ginto.
In her YouTube vlog, which premiered on September 24, Brillantes said that she was the one who was bullied at school, contrary to her role in Kadenang Ginto.
Ako ‘yung ganung bata dati,” she explained.
She then admitted that being bullied at school made her distant from the people around her, which gave her a bad attitude.
However, Brillantes said that she is working on her attitude and opening up to people more.
Kahit maraming masamang tao hindi dapat ‘yun maging dahilan para baguhin mo ‘yung pagiging mabait mo,” said the actress.
Andrea Brillantes entered the showbiz industry in 2010. She was only around seven at the time. She only received her big break in 2013, where she played a major role in Annaliza.
Despite being in the showbiz industry for a long time, Brillantes previously expressed her insecurities towards newbies in showbiz that tend to overtake her on opportunities.
Brillantes wondered why some newbies seem to have an easy way of achieving success while she had to go through a lot of sacrifices and wait for years.
Currently, she stars in the Kapamilya series Huwag Kang Mangamba. The series airs on A2Z, TV5, and worldwide via TFC.
