THE FOCUS ON SAFETY AND SANITIZATION
Dingdong® follows strict sanitation and safety protocols for their deliveries––from the moment it is picked up until it is handed to the recipient.
For starters, the company partnered with GreenBox and Save Won Bio to
provide premium facemasks with high filtration rates to ensure safety both for their riders and customers.
All Dingdong® Partner and Fleet Riders are required to periodically spray alcohol especially before picking up the package and before handing it out to the recipient. They also spray alcohol on the hands of the customers for additional safety. The company partnered with HKT Essentials for a consistent supply of quality alcohol.
Dingdong® top boxes are equipped with Savepoint’s disinfecting UV light to
assure that the package is fully sanitized on the way to the customer. Savepoint provides disinfecting solutions to homes and businesses.
