Kris Bernal denied such accusations of her having an ‘attitude problem’ and demanded a higher talent fee from GMA Network.
It was the reason why her contract has not been renewed by the Network, according to rumors.
On her newest vlog on YouTube, Bernal ended the rumors that linked her name to such accusations.
Bernal announced she does not remember having mean behavior or being picky with the projects given to her.
“In all honesty, wala akong maalala na nag-attitude ako… I come on time, I study my scripts, I do my job, I give my hundred percent all the time, hundred percent performance,” she said.
Bernal also insisted that the allegations of her asking for a higher talent fee bear no truth.
She revealed that when her contract expired–she was okay with her talent fee being deducted, even to the point she would accept any amount they would give her.
“I’m after doing shows because acting is my passion, more than the monetary… Siyempre lahat naman tayo gustong maghanapbuhay lalo na ngayong pandemic, ang dami ring nawalan ng trabaho, agawan kayo sa trabaho.
“Saan tayo kukuha ng source of income, lalo na ikakasal na ako? I’ll have a family of my own, so siyempre kailangan kong mag-ipon kaya tumatanggap din talaga ako ng projects,” she continued.
After her home Network not renewing her contract, Bernal made a series for TV5 and Archangel Media titled Ate ng Ate Ko, which aired from the last quarter of 2020 and until February 2021.
