Singer Janine Teñoso shared her thoughts on how music helps people amid the lockdowns.
During the media conference for Four Hearts, Teñoso highlighted that music is an outlet for people during the lockdowns.
“I think, especially right now, people are looking for an outlet to pour out their emotions, to help them process whatever they are feeling.
“So, I think music is a big way to help them realize some things about themselves. To ponder life.”
She also added the responsibility of music artists in helping people emotionally.
“That’s our job as artists; this is our responsibility; this is a way to help people get through their healing. Parang, we are the vessels of that.”
On August 28, Teñoso performs with her fellow music artists, Sam Concepcion, Katrina Velarde, and Daryl Ong, in their upcoming online concert directed by Paolo Valenciano, Four Hearts.
